At Palletize, all of our products are made to order and customized to our customers' specifications. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds on products — all sales are final. However, if you encounter an issue with an item that you believe may have a fault, please contact us immediately, and we will work to rectify any problems.
Changes to Your Order
Please ensure that you double-check all custom order details before submitting them to us and making payment. Any changes to your order after production has started or completed will be subject to additional charges.
Receiving Your Order
When your furniture or toys are delivered, please inspect the item(s) immediately upon arrival. This allows any issues caused during transport to be addressed promptly. While we take great care to protect items during transportation, accidents can happen. If you notice any problems, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide a picture of the suspected fault so our team can assess and resolve the issue.
The Nature of Wood
The majority of our items at Palletize are crafted from solid wood, a natural material that varies in grain and color. Natural wood products are entirely unique, so even pieces of the same design may differ in appearance. Knots, variations in grain, and color differences are part of the natural charm of solid wood and are not considered faults. Additionally, outdoor wooden furniture is subject to movement, expansion, and contraction due to weather changes. Small cracks and shifts are a natural part of the wood's aging process and are expected. All of these characteristics are part of what makes each piece special.
